SHIPPING POLICY
Magazines are printed on demand by a third party. We place orders with the printing company every Friday. It then takes the company 5-7 business days to fulfill the order at which time it will be dispatched. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for receipt of your order. While it is not ideal, the magazine printing industry does have a rather slow turnaround time. If you have not received your order within 15-20 business days, please reach out to us and we will either track the package or send a replacement if lost in transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis.
American Paranormal Press does its duty to accommodate everyone, and has no formal return and exchange policy in place. Send us a message via email if you would like to open a support ticket.
When ordering a printed magazine, please ensure that we have your correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for mail tampering, lost mail, or carrier mistakes or delays related to misinformation.
