Mount Shasta's Many Mysteries
It is a long-held theory that Mount Shasta is among the world's sacred sites capable of exerting a powerful influence on people and all living things. These sites are considered portals to different dimensions like the pyramids in Egypt, Stonehenge in England, and Machu Picchu in Peru.
There is a fascination among believers surrounding these power spots, which contain intense energies that can directly affect our consciousness. The idea that these sites contain portals to another dimension sounds far-fetched, but NASA-funded research recently revealed the existence of hidden portals in Earth's magnetic field known as X-points, which open and close several times a day high above the atmosphere.
A UFO hub, Mount Shasta is number 13 out of 300 for UFO sightings. There are stories surrounding Mt. Shasta that aliens may use the area as a base when visiting our planet. These beings have been reported to communicate telepathically with people. It is even theorized that these creatures are somehow related to the Bigfoot spotted nearby.
Mt. Shasta is a potentially active volcano in Siskiyou County, California, situated in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Dormant volcanoes in the mountain form a complicated shape out of overlapping cones. Because of its inner complexity, there is the possibility that it hides a secret city beneath its peaks. As you may have heard, some stories depict a city that's no longer inhabited, while others show a technologically advanced society made up of humans or mythical creatures such as Lizard People and Lemurians.
In terms of lizard people theory, theorists point out that they are not talking about shape shifting. The subject is much subtler, and it has been around for quite a long time. Reptiles are thought to have come from the constellations of Orion, Sirius, and Draco and interbred with humans long ago by altering their DNA. Descendants of this race of hybrids may be living underground at Mt. Shasta.
Lemurians originated from a lost continent called Lemuria, following the scientific discovery of the ancient supercontinent, Pangea. A zoologist named Philip Sclater published an article in 1864 about the classification of a group of species of lemurs, in which he was puzzled by the lack of fossils in either Africa or the Middle East but the presence of lemur fossils on both Madagascar and India. As such, he proposed that Madagascar and India may once have been part of an even larger continent, leading to the discovery of Pangea. Lemuria was located in the Pacific Ocean and extended from western United States and Canada to lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar.
Other scholars began to make reference to Lemuria. Frederick Spencer Oliver published A Dweller on Two Planets in 1899, which claimed that survivors from a sunken continent named Lemuria were living in or on Mount Shasta. They were occasionally seen in white robes walking on the surface.
It's theorized there were relatively few children born to the Lemurian civilization, which lasted more than 20,000 years. The average lifespan was a thousand years. From 35,000 years ago to about 15,000 years ago, the Lemurians had a full-fledged civilization of the fourth dimension.
The aforementioned Dracos had destroyed the star system Lyra, and there were numerous mammalian humanoid refugees along with reptilians from Draco. The two groups settled on Earth during the time of Lemuria and Atlantis. Scientists from both civilizations, reptilians and humans, used DNA, cloning, and other methods to create slaves and employees to serve them. This is a comparison to what we are doing today with our advanced technology and science, technology we have inherited from them (a little government secret). Lemuria and their island home in the Pacific Ocean are alleged to have sunk before Atlantis sank itself with nuclear weapons.
Fast forward, the belief in the remnants of these lost civilizations settling beneath Mt. Shasta has been incorporated into numerous, modern, occult religions including “I AM” Activity, The Summit Lighthouse, Church Universal and Triumphant, and Kryon. Legend has it, because the Lemurians were in a nuclear dispute with people from the Lost City of Atlantis, they built a safe city inside Mount Shasta. The city was called Telos. Several different spiritual practices are used by modern day believers to contact the Lemurians. The mystic Elena Petrovna Blavatsky - known as Madame Blavatsky claimed knowledge of a long lost land called Lemuria. The Lemurian culture existed 14,000 years ago and the Lemurian people were a bisexual race that could lay eggs and had psychic powers. Also according to Blavatsky, they were wiped out by a huge catastrophe that also destroyed Atlantis.
Many strange disappearances have been reported on Mt. Shasta alone.
JC Brown and many others disappeared since 1934. Brown discovered an underground city beneath Mount Shasta in 1904. Gold prospector Brown was hired by the Lord Cowdray Mining Company to find gold, during which time he found a cave that sloped downward for 11 miles. In an underground village, he found gold, shields, and mummies up to 10 feet high. Thirty years later, he told his story to John C. Root, who gathered a team of explorers in Stockton, California. A team of 80 people was expected to join, but Brown did not show up on the day the team was to leave and was never heard from again.
Five hours after going missing, a three-year-old boy was found wandering around the mountain. He said he was taken into a cave by beings that were not human. The beings wanted to study him, but grew angry and gave up for some reason.
During a climbing trip on the mountain in May 1999, a skilled outdoorsman disappeared. His body and belongings were never found. In May 2021, a 28-year-old San Francisco man went missing while visiting the mountain. No one has seen him since. The list goes on...
Strangely enough, the national parks service does not maintain a database in which missing persons are tracked. Because of this, no one is sure how many people are currently missing in our parks.
